The Process
How the Application Works
We keep the application process straightforward and personal:
Initial Application
Fill out the short application form with basic information about your child – their current year, subjects, challenges, and goals. This also includes your contact details and any scheduling constraints. The form helps Renzo understand the broad picture.
Family Consultation
After reviewing the application, Renzo will reach out to schedule a one-on-one consultation (via video call) with you and your child. This is a relaxed conversation – not a test! – where we discuss your needs in depth, and you can ask questions about the program. It's an opportunity for both parties to gauge fit. Renzo may do a brief diagnostic activity with the student (like discussing a couple of problems) just to see learning style and rapport.
Enrollment Decision
Following the consultation, Renzo will let you know if he can offer a spot to your student. Sometimes, tough as it is, he might recommend a different route if he feels it's not the ideal match – maintaining integrity is important. If accepted, you'll receive a welcome packet outlining the coaching agreement, schedule, and onboarding instructions for the digital dashboard. We'll work with you on start dates and ensure a smooth kickoff.
Throughout this process, please feel free to voice any concerns or special circumstances. Privacy is paramount – all information shared is kept confidential.
Program Investment and Commitment
This is a premium service, and it requires a commitment from all sides. The financial investment reflects the level of personal attention, access, and customization your family will receive. We will discuss specific fees during the consultation, once we have a clear understanding of your needs and the scope of support required.
Typically, coaching is structured on a term basis (e.g., a full semester or academic year) rather than hourly sessions, aligning with our philosophy of consistent, structured progress. Families are asked to commit to a minimum term so that students have the chance to truly transform their habits and outcomes.
Renzo, in turn, commits to being available, responsive, and fully dedicated to your child's success throughout that period.
Timing and Availability
Renzo accepts new students three times a year – generally aligning with the start of major school terms (fall, spring, and summer sessions). Mid-term applications are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on current capacity.
Because slots are limited, we encourage interested families to apply early. If we are at capacity, you may opt to join a waiting list and be notified when an opening is forthcoming.
We never overload the roster; maintaining quality is non-negotiable.
