1. Services Provided

• •Services include personalized Math & Physics coaching for IB, IGCSE, SAT, and related academic programs.
• •Services may include online lessons, strategy sessions, AI-powered resources, study dashboards, and progress reports.
• •I reserve the right to update or adjust Services to ensure the highest quality and results.

2. Application & Acceptance

• •Not all applicants are accepted. Admission is selective to maintain premium quality and guarantee results.
• •By submitting an application, you agree to provide accurate information about your child's academic situation.
• •Acceptance into the program is confirmed only after a formal agreement and payment.

3. Fees & Payments

• •All fees are communicated clearly before enrollment.
• •Payments must be made in advance, according to the chosen package or plan.
• •Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of Services.

4. Scheduling & Attendance

• •Sessions are scheduled in advance.
• •At least 72 hours' notice is required to reschedule a session.
• •Missed sessions without notice are forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• •Due to the limited number of students accepted, fees are non-refundable once Services begin.
• •In exceptional cases (illness, emergencies), adjustments may be considered at my discretion.

6. Parent & Student Responsibilities

• •Students are expected to complete assignments, practice exercises, and use provided tools (dashboards, study plans, AI feedback).
• •Parents are expected to support attendance, encourage study habits, and communicate openly about progress.

7. Results Disclaimer

• •While I provide proven strategies and systems, results depend on each student's effort, consistency, and engagement.
• •I do not guarantee specific exam scores or university placements.

8. Intellectual Property

• •Lesson materials, AI tools, dashboards, and resources provided are for personal use only.
• •Copying, distributing, or reselling materials without permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• •All personal data is handled in compliance with GDPR.
• •Student information, progress data, and communications remain confidential and are never shared with third parties without consent.
